The Dr Irena Eris Krynica Zdrój SPA Hotel is making changes regarding its segment of hotel guests, and as of 2023 will only accept guests over twelve years of age. The hotel’s intimate atmosphere, its boutique character and its proprietary SPA concept make the hotel a place with a soul, matching the preferences of hotel guests expecting comfortable rest and effective relaxation. The hotel in Krynica-Zdrój is the oldest hotel in the Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotels group.

Opened in 1997, it was not only a forerunner on the SPA market, but also served as an example for the entire hotel industry, becoming synonymous with luxury SPA. In the following years of operation, it was expanded three times, with the goal of increasing the number of rooms, creating a Skin Care Institute with a professional program of facial and body treatments, and a modern SPA Center with the most beautiful view in Krynica-Zdrój, that is, overlooking the Jaworzyna Mountain. At the same time, the hotel has not lost its intimacy and individual character.

For several years it has been regularly granted the most prestigious award – the Travelers’ Choice, which honors travelers’ favorite hotels based on the reviews and opinions collected from travelers around the world on Tripadvisor, the world’s largest travel guidance platform. The new character of the Krynica SPA Hotel does not affect the activities of the other two Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotels - on the Dylewo Hills and in Polanica-Zdrój, which are still recommended for family stays. The two hotels provide adequate infrastructure for organizing children's activities and offer an extensive animation program during weekends and holidays, as well as professional care.
