The first stage of construction of the third Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel is underway in Polanica-Zdrój.

To celebrate this, on 27 May a cornerstone-laying ceremony was held at the construction site. Along with the owners of the hotel, Irena Eris and Henryk Orfinger, the event was attended by representatives of the local authorities and the mayor, Jerzy Terlecki, and representatives of the most important municipal institutions. The Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel in Polanica-Zdrój will be the first 5-star hotel facility in Kotlina Kłodzka. Its location is unique; it is situated on a four-hectare property close the city centre, and only a five-minute walk to Park Zdrojowy (Spa Park).

The Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel in Polanica-Zdrój will draw on the spa building style with eclecticism that is characteristic of this region.
The building will have six storeys including a basement, ground floor and four storeys in the highest section, which will include apartments. In total, there will be 85 luxurious rooms and apartments, each with a balcony or terrace. In addition, there will be a restaurant and cafe, a SPA Centre with a pool that will be approximately 17m long and a smaller leisure pool, as well as a complex with saunas and jacuzzis.

The heart of the hotel will be the Dr Irena Eris Skin Care Institute with over 20 treatment rooms offering a wide range of branded beauty procedures, but also others such as spa, massage and aesthetic-medicine treatments. There will also be modernly equipped conference rooms to cater for the needs of business groups. The restaurant, cafe and Dr Irena Eris Skin CareInstitute in the hotel will be available not only to hotel guests but also to the residents of Polanica-Zdrój and health resort patients staying in the area. Completion is scheduled for late 2014/early 2015.
